Thirty Days of Gratitude

Joy through giving thanks

After a particularly difficult period of my life, Thirty Days of Gratitude was born.

There is substantial evidence that expressing, feeling and internalizing gratitude is effective in increasing contentedness and genuine happiness. As a way towards fully knowing that everything is exactly as it should be, embodying gratitude helps release us from suffering.

This project is thirty days of gratitude, healing, strengthening, coming back to center, and re-birth.

This is also a collaborate project. If you want to participate, start a gratitude practice of your own, however you wish to do it. Take a picture for each of the first 30 day of what you are grateful for and send them to (Make sure to label them somehow Day 1, Day 2, etc, or by date). I will publish them electronically with your name or anonymously, whichever you prefer. If you feel called, even just a little bit, please be a part of this project to create a more-conscious, happier, heart-centered culture for us all.
